Mita?

The PSP will be released in Japan in just two weeks and Sony has decided to let people know. They've put regular sized PSP units on display at Shinjuku station and a man-sized PSP on display at Tokyo station. Television watchers can also be treated to these incredibly sweet commercials for Minna no Golf and Ridge Racers.

Stylusin' and Profilin'

Hola, amigos. I know it's been a long time since I rapped at ya, but I've been getting my fill of empty strip malls in O-Town and playing with my brand-spankin' new Nintendo DS. It's a damn find piece of machinery, but I do have a lone dead pixel (which Nintendo will kindly fix for you as part of your warranty) and the launch line-up isn't anything to write home about. The real interesting games (Meteos, Advance Wars, Meteos, Yoshi's Touch & Go, Meteos, Animal Crossing) won't be out for some time.

I wouldn't say it's a must-buy purchase at this point, but let's see what the celebs have to say about it!

Tony K!

Anthony Kiedis says "I've got a hardcore addiction once again! Only this time, it's not to heroin, but dual-screen gameplay!"

Show me the... I hate my life

Snow Dogs and Boat Trip star Cuba Gooding Jr. was overheard saying, "Remember the flamboyant yet non-threatening black guy from Jerry Maguire? That was me! Just gotta say, 'Watch out, Sony! Nintendo has definitely increased the Chill Factor yet again with this cool handheld!'"

Zach Braff and the guy from Clueless were all like "Our show is actually really damn good and you shouldn't mock us." I'm like "Okay!". But please don't make another Garden State ever again.

Awesome! Thanks, celebrities.

Viewtiful Wrestling Entertainment

Capcom and Clover Studio's Viewtiful Joe is now appearing with the Osaka Pro Wrestling circuit through the end of December.

Joe will be on hand to wrestle the Kishiwada Gurentai, hand out Viewtiful Joe 2 demos, and look decidedly less homoerotic than his American counterparts, but no less goofy. I'm no wrestling fan, but that is some solid marketing.

Image blatantly swiped from Impress Game Watch... sorry!

More info, including over a dozen photos of Joe in action (the kids love Joe!), is available in a funny language at Impress Game Watch.

Mid-day Madness

Hot Milking Action!!!We highly recommend that any prospective Nintendo DS purchasers check out this promotional video with footage of a number of DS games. It's packed with lots of candy colored, snuggly butt slamming, lots of lil' puppy tummy rubbing, an adorably squealed "Pika! Pika!" and an appendectomy. That thing is filled with such sweet blue-haired, super deformedness and pink puffball action, you might just have to floss your eyeballs tonight.

We'd also highly recommend this Japanese Ratchet & Clank commercial to anyone with an interest in low-brow fart humor.

Game Girls

This is the most honest photograph we've ever seen. Look at the total contempt, confusion and apathy in the eyes of the future Mrs. Marilyn Manson coupled with her limp grip keeping that ... that thing... aloft. Its almost like some track-marked street urchin handed it to her while urinating on the street.

Am I holding this toy right?

On the other hand, you might just find a girl cute enough to turn you on who'll play Mario Kart with you, sew you a Mario quilt, or dress up in some God-awful outfit before giving you actual real-life sex.

The Dudes From Jackal Have Something Important To Say

Hey! Thanks a shitload, Puffy.

In the spirit of a true P. Diddy “re-mix”, Citizen Change has reinvented the process of mobilizing young people and minorities to the polls. Where in the past politicians have failed to appeal to the youth, Citizen Change has created an undeniable campaign by amassing its own “Coalition Of the Willing” which include such luminaries as Jay-Z, Leonardo DiCaprio, Jamie Foxx, Ellen DeGeneres, Ashton Kutcher, 50 Cent, Mary J. Blige and Drew Barrymore. Together they will spin the infectious message of Vote or Die! to every corner of youth culture, resonating the importance and sexiness of being politically informed and active.

You better follow through on this "Vote or Die!" thing if Paris Hilton fails to perform her civic duty.

BRAPP!! BRAPP!!
