More Rubbish For Your Head

Look, we're pretty big nerds. We play Game Boy games in front of girls and influential businessmen. We have a Wonder Woman action figure in plain site. We have conversations with our co-workers about how "cool" we think it would be if we could use our PSP to connect to our corporate wireless network and do our income taxes online.

But we just can't get behind certain things. There are levels of pure geekdom that we won't approach.

This isn't Geek On Kill. We don't touch Terry Brooks novels, Yu-Gi-Oh, Dragon Ball or anything else that we consider vaguely homoerotic/just-fucking-awful fantasy entertainment.

Oh. And we don't wear stupid shit on our heads like Space Invaders "VR" helmets or Pac-Man hats. That's our new policy. No Pac-Man hats.

When we saw these at the AOU show a few months back, we thought "That's clever!". Then we calmed down, thought about it for a minute, realized what an abomination these things were and vowed never to purchase one.

Still, if you're so desperately inclined, NCS is taking pre-orders.
