Press the Wavy Lines Button To Dump Your Clippings
We all know that the Gizmondo is reproachable hag of a device, but there's something refreshing about the lawn-mowing title that was announced at CES this past week.
From the press release:
MOMMA, CAN I MOW THE LAWN?: the world's first sit-on lawn mower driving adventure game. The primary objective is to cut and collect grass to convert into fuel and cash, whilst avoiding a constant barrage of angry characters and dangerous hazards.
Alright! That's what we like to see! We didn't know we wanted a lawn-mowing game until now, but it just might work. Admittedly, there hasn't been a single second where we thought "$400 seems like a reasonable amount to dump on this niche device that'll be gone in six months", but we sure can't wait to see how this one turns out.
Say, what's this other game?
MILO AND THE RAINBOW NASTIES: a 3rd Person action adventure game starring Milo Sable and his best friend Chamille (a colour-shooting chameleon). In a world drained of colour, Milo and Chamille use their unique abilities to take on Dr. Polymer and the Rainbow Nasties, splat the evil Skelebobs back into the ground, turn mean and hungry zombies back into local inhabitants, bringing the grim world back to full colour and make it come alive.
Okay. We're back to shit. Nevermind, Tiger!
